I love working with people and helping with change. I've worked in people focused services for 10+ years. I believe we all have the capability for growth and positive change but we sometimes need help navigating this and to see/hear a different perspective on things - Which is what I aim to do through our sessions.

Psychoeducation around mental health whether that's anxiety, emotion regulation, navigating uncertainty, managing stress. Looking at coping skills and grounding techniques that actually work. Balancing wellness with the realities of mental discomfort.
Understanding and navigating mindsets inc. Limiting beliefs/growth mindset/improving resilience and adaptability.
18+ years old clients. Anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed or navigating certain work/life events that are causing an uncomfortableness.
45 minute online sessions or in person in the community (coffee shops/libraries/walk and talk).
BSc Psychology. MSc Psychotherapy - Note: This service is *not* therapy, this is structured advice giving/goal setting/information sharing to help you move forward.
