About Naveshin
Hello, and welcome!
I am a BSc graduate in Nuclear Science and Engineering with 8 years of tutoring experience in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping students at different academic levels overcome challenges, strengthen their understanding and become more confident in their abilities.
I understand that students often struggle not because they lack ability, but because they may need concepts explained in a way that suits how they learn. My role is to create a patient, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and developing at their own pace.
I approach every student with compassion, professionalism and respect. My lessons are tailored to each learner’s needs, whether they require help rebuilding their foundations, preparing for an important examination or working towards higher academic results. I focus on clear explanations, strong conceptual understanding and practical problem-solving skills rather than relying only on memorisation.
I believe that the right guidance can completely change how a student feels about a subject. My goal is not simply to help students improve their marks, but also to encourage curiosity, independence and a lasting confidence in their ability to learn.
Lessons are taught online in English and are suitable for secondary school students following CAPS, IEB, GCSE, IGCSE, and IB curricula. I am committed to preparing every lesson carefully, providing constructive feedback and helping each student make meaningful progress towards their goals.

I am a firm believer that success in Maths and Science starts with a genuine understanding of the content, and not memorising formulae and past papers. Therefore, my lessons focus on building strong conceptual foundations and then developing the problem-solving skills students need to apply their knowledge confidently in tests and examinations.
Every student learns differently, so my lessons are tailored to the learner’s individual needs, current ability and academic goals.
A typical lesson begins by identifying any gaps or difficulties before working through the relevant concepts together. We then complete guided examples, practise exam-style questions and review mistakes so that the student understands not only the correct answer, but also the reasoning behind it. Students finish each lesson with clear feedback and an understanding of what they should practise next.
