About Alex
I studied Latin all through middle and high school, reading a variety of classical authors, and made it a secondary specialization of my BA from Brown University (alongside a primary specialization in Sanskrit). Thanks to my doctoral work in Indo-European studies, I can supplement the basics with insights on the historical development of Latin and its relationship to other languages, including English, all of which can be of some use in making sense of Latin vocabulary and grammar.
