About Trina
I’m Trina, a British English coach with a First-Class degree in English Studies from the University of Nottingham and over 14 years of experience in luxury hospitality, wellness and events management.
My career has taken me from leading prestigious private members’ clubs in Mayfair to opening and managing premium wellness spaces, working with high-profile clients, including the rich and famous, and leading international teams of hundreds of staff and instructors. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how to communicate with confidence, build relationships, express ideas clearly and make a lasting impression in both professional and social settings.
Alongside my hospitality and leadership career, I’ve completed over 1,200 hours of training across yoga, meditation, breathwork and sound. I’m passionate about personal development, authentic communication and helping people feel comfortable expressing who they are.
