About George

I began my fitness journey 7 years ago, starting with callisthenics and then moving on to powerlifting. Over the last four years, I have trained in martial arts, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, kickboxing, and boxing. While working as a support worker, I began holding pads for a couple of clients to encourage them to exercise. I was amazed at how effective it was in building their confidence and self-esteem, and I quickly witnessed the incredible impact it had on their lives. Seeing this transformation inspired me to coach people in my spare time.

I promise to be as patient and supportive as possible.

Everyone starts from somewhere and we will work only as hard as you are capable of, building gradually from there, constantly improving and introducing new material to keep every session engaging, challenging and enjoyable.

I offer 1-2-1 boxing pad work tailored for beginners, but we can also focus on general fitness and strength training.

Lesson Plan:

Shadowboxing Warm-Up – Start with some shadowboxing to get moving and go over proper technique.

Basic Pad Work – Practise fundamental punches and combinations on the pads.

Freestyle Pad Work – I’ll call out combinations and add defensive moves like slips, helping you build timing, coordination, and confidence.

(Optional) Strength & Conditioning Circuit – Finish with a circuit to improve overall fitness, strength, and endurance.
