If you are, my Un-Boring English tutoring classes are for you!
One way I keep it un-boring, is I don't do homework, I do pre-work. By that I will give you a challenging task to complete before the lesson, we wouldn't have covered the topic before. Then when you come to the lesson, I'm not showing you what you already know (BORING). Instead, you're telling me at what stage in the problem you're struggling and we spend the time focusing on filling the gaps in your understanding.
The best lesson length is 30 to 60 minutes and I would suggest two lessons per week.

My child was really struggling with some of the content in their math's class recently and I was sceptical at first as to whether a math's tutor would be a worthwhile investment. My child is now working ahead of their class and I couldn't be happier. We're now looking into other tutors for other subjects because of them.
Lucy is a truly brilliant teacher! She listens and addresses the major concerns while recognising and working on minor concerns that perhaps the student doesn't realise. Her years of experience teaching teenagers in multiple subjects and sports is why I believe she is such a great teacher. 100% recommend.
