About Kaito
I have always enjoyed the thrill of movement through surfing and other sports since I was a child, which inspired me to share this passion by becoming a personal trainer. I started my career in Japan five years ago and now work in Australia. If you are unsure how to exercise, want to lose weight, or improve your sports performance, let’s achieve your goals together.
