About Isaac
Hey, my name is Isaac. Here are a few things about me. I have been training MMA for 6 years at various gyms such as Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and One Revolution. I have competed at a brown belt BJJ level, and medaled at my first BJJ tournament- The 2023 Samurai Showdown. I currently host MMA training nights weekly. I am also currently a high school soccer coach, having myself played for over 15 years. I have a deep passion to help others be the best version of themselves. I love teaching others new things and have an analytical and perceptive skill to do that well. I am a psychology major, which helps explain much of my passion, insight, and adaptability based on the specific situation. I enjoy doing improv comedy, singing, dancing, playing the guitar, playing a plethora of sports (from soccer, spikeball, and volleyball to table tennis), alliterating, making up words, and loving on furry friends.

My lessons are filled with encouragement, critical thinking, correction, and fun . We work through a highly personalized plan that keeps the process simple yet highly stimulating and engaging. This keeps the learning process SMART with proper goal setting (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timely).
I am a psychology major, so my process is infused with time tested research and principles that work! I am not a proponent of boxing oneself in with one strict way of doing things since each person has a unique personality requiring adjustments. Nevertheless, there are general principles for my lessons that will always remain. The main 5 being: 1. Love. 2. Humility. 3. Respect. 4. Honesty. 5. Self-Discipline (Control) ️️🫡
