Well Peter is one of the best persons for this. He studied biochemistry(medical) of which nutritional biochemistry is a prerequisite for passing. He was my coursemate back then in AE FUNAI and he always make A or B in nutritional courses.

Cause he knows how well to pass information to his students , he explained some difficult courses to me while we were in school, he is really outstanding.
