About Carolina
Since I started studying biology, I have been fascinated by the biochemical processes related to the regulation of living systems, their evolution, and ecology. During my bachelor's degree, I worked in the research area of Biology of Reproduction and Neuroscience, working in vivo biological models. Right now, I'm learning more about having experience in Microbiology. I also had the opportunity to be a grant holder as host of the Universum museum for the dissemination of science through recreational workshops for two years. This experience allowed me to acquire useful tools for the communication of science to different sectors of society. Finally, I have been a high school teacher giving biology classes and I have also had the opportunity to be a laboratory worker in microbiology.
