About Nydia
Hi, I'm Nydia!
I recently graduated with a 2:1 in Biological Sciences and I'm passionate about helping students succeed in Biology and Chemistry.
Having recently completed my degree, I understand first-hand the challenges that science subjects can present, and I know how much of a difference clear explanations and the right support can make.
I decided to become a tutor because I genuinely enjoy helping others learn and gain confidence in their abilities. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing a student go from feeling overwhelmed by a topic to understanding it and achieving results they didn't think were possible.
Outside of tutoring, I'm passionate about science and enjoy keeping up to date with developments in biology and healthcare. I believe learning should be engaging, supportive and enjoyable, and I strive to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building their confidence.

I offer tailored online lessons for GCSE Biology and Chemistry, specialising in AQA. Every lesson is adapted to suit each student's individual learning style and goals, whether they need support with difficult topics, exam preparation, revision techniques or improving their overall grades.
My teaching style is patient, encouraging and interactive. I believe there is no such thing as a silly question, and I aim to create a relaxed learning environment where students feel comfortable asking for help and challenging themselves. Alongside developing subject knowledge, I focus on improving exam technique and problem-solving skills to help students perform at their best.
