About Radhika

I’m a postgraduate student specializing in Bioethics at Cochin University of Science and Technology, with a graduation in Zoology and a strong academic background in science and law. I have experience offering tuition to CBSE students, especially for Class 10. Having worked closely with students of different learning levels, I focus on building strong conceptual understanding, improving writing skills, and preparing students thoroughly for board exams. My teaching is student-centered, exam-focused, and backed by regular assessments, personalized support, and consistent parent-teacher communication. I’m passionate about helping students grow in both knowledge and confidence.

About the lesson

My teaching method is structured to build strong conceptual understanding while keeping the learning process interactive and exam-oriented. I begin each chapter by explaining the concepts in a simple and relatable way, ensuring that the student clearly understands the foundation before moving ahead. During the sessions, I include interactive discussions to keep students engaged and to clarify doubts instantly. I encourage students to write their own notes during classes to reinforce learning, and I also make them maintain a separate sheet for facts, formulas, and key information that helps during last-minute revisions. Once the concepts are clear, we move into focused practice using board exam questions. I conduct small assessments after each chapter and cumulative tests after completing multiple chapters to track their progress. Topics are usually completed ahead of the school schedule, which allows us to conduct special revision sessions where two or three chapters are grouped together. On such days, I give a brief recap of the concepts, we go through relevant board questions and question banks, and students study the material both in class and at home. This is followed by two to three rounds of revisions using sample papers and model questions. Test scores are regularly shared with parents, and individual feedback is given to students to help them correct their mistakes. During exam times, I provide personal attention by reviewing their report sheets and focusing on areas that need improvement. I also offer full support through WhatsApp—students can send their doubts at any time, and I respond using voice notes, videos, or whichever method works best for them. I welcome parents to contact me regularly to discuss their child’s progress and to stay updated on their performance.
