About Maria
I am a first year biochemistry student at the University of York. I was born in Brazil, I’m fluent in Portuguese and English after moving to England 7 years ago. I am very passionate about biology and chemistry. After I complete my undergraduate degree I hope to start working on my master's degree and in the future work in cancer research.

I will deliver my lessons with clear explanations that match the specification of any exam board, and help students practise their exam technique so they can achieve the best possible grade in their exams.
