I'm a Biochemist, a researcher. I've been in the teaching line for 3-4 years now. It has helped me carve out the important basic stuff in chemistry for students which has helped everyone of them build on with little or no help. Seriousness and determination is key to success.

Personalized lesson mostly. Its dependent on the target student. I customize my teaching based on what helps them assimilate and you get to know this after 1 or 2 meetings. I start with little chemistry and more interaction and build a relationship with them. When theres a connection then rate of absorption becomes high
