About Jafet

As a professionally trained musician and experienced educator, I am committed to providing dependable, organized, and high-quality violin and viola instruction. I hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees in viola performance, have taught through the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico’s 100x35 Program, and have performed with the Bayamón Symphony Orchestra and the Puerto Rico Symphony Orchestra. Every lesson is carefully prepared and personalized to help students develop strong technique, musical confidence, and a genuine enjoyment of music in a patient, respectful, and encouraging environment.

About the lesson

Students should take lessons with me because I combine advanced conservatory training, professional orchestral experience, and a supportive, personalized teaching approach. With bachelor’s and master’s degrees in viola performance, experience teaching in the 100x35 Music Program, and performing with the Bayamón and Puerto Rico Symphony Orchestras, I help students build strong technique, confidence, and musical expression. I offer bilingual violin and viola lessons tailored to each student’s age, skill level, learning style, and goals.
