About Amber
I earned my bachelor’s degree in elementary education from North Central College just outside Chicago, IL. Shortly after, I earned my master’s degree from Aurora University straight west of Chicago. I am passionate about ESL and being an advocate for my students.

I began teaching private piano lessons when I was 16 so I have 29 years of teaching experience. I’ve always taught bilingual education in the public school setting. I start where each student is at, set goals and push forward to make as much progress possible over time. I am unique in the fact that I have a lot of experience with the Latin American cultures and I’m a musician as well. My humor and upbeat attitude bring life to my lessons!
