About Emilio

I am currently studying international business at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand, but I have been teaching Spanish online while I studied for over 5 years. My passion for teaching has allowed me to improve my own study techniques and my worldview, meeting amazing people in the process.

About the lesson

Teaching Approach:
My tutoring approach focuses on active student participation and practical learning. I use various techniques such as role-playing, interactive activities, listening and reading exercises, and guided conversations to help students improve their language skills. I tailor my teaching to the individual needs of each student, focusing on strengthening their weak areas and expanding their vocabulary and grammatical understanding.

Teaching Methodology:
Lessons are typically dynamic and structured, starting with a brief review of previous material, followed by the introduction of new vocabulary and grammar concepts. Students then engage in practical activities to apply what they've learned, followed by a conversation session to practice oral communication.

Typical Lesson Length:
A typical lesson lasts for 60 minutes. However, lesson duration and frequency can be adjusted based on the student's needs and preferences.

Qualifications/Experience:
I hold a degree in Education and certification in teaching Spanish as a foreign language (ELE). Additionally, I have several years of experience teaching Spanish to students of different levels and ages, both in formal educational settings and in private tutoring.

Target Audience:
My classes are aimed at students of all levels, from beginners to advanced. I adapt my approach based on the age and interests of my students, providing personalized lessons for both adults and children/adolescents.
