About Zixuan
I am a college student fluent in both Mandarin (my first language) and English. Growing up as a bilingual speaker, I have experienced firsthand the challenges and rewards of learning a second language. This personal experience gives me a unique understanding of what it’s like to learn English as a non-native speaker. My background in both languages helps me explain English in a clear and relatable way, especially for Mandarin-speaking learners. I believe that learning a new language should be enjoyable and engaging, and I aim to make each lesson both educational and fun. In addition to being bilingual, I have developed a solid understanding of the language-learning process through my own academic experiences. I understand how important it is to practice and immerse yourself in real-life situations to improve language skills. This is something I focus on in my lessons to make learning more practical and accessible for my students.
