About Wenqian
Hi! I'm Wenqian, a bilingual Chinese tutor from Chengdu, China.
As a native Chinese speaker, I also speak English (B2), Spanish (A2), and Japanese (A1) — which means I understand what it feels like to get stuck between "knowing" a word and actually being able to use it.
Outside of teaching, I'm a backpacker and really enjoy connecting with people from different cultures. I'm also a huge sports lover!
I've been teaching Chinese online since June 2024 and have helped students from over 25 countries achieve their Chinese learning goals.
