About Iman
I have a degree in molecular and cell biology with an emphasis in neurobiology from UC Berkeley. I have been tutoring for 2 years and have worked with over 30 students one on one. I specialize in biology but can tutor in subjects ranging from math to chemistry. My students are able to see improvement in their understanding of the subject matter that translates into better grades.

My teaching method focuses on active learning. I like to understand the extent of my student's knowledge and their learning style. I then demonstrate different ways of delivering my content. I let my student decide which way they would like to learn. For example, some students like to learn using pictures and drawings while others prefer real-world examples.
