About Rituja
I am a design student, studying at Indian Institute of Crafts and Design in Jaipur, Rajasthan. I have been a fitness enthusiast since my childhood and i am keen in setting a mind-set among the upcoming generation and anyone out there who is wanting or trying to build a healthy life style for the well-being of oneself not only emotionally or mentally but also physically. As i believe, to go forward with anything, one should be healthy and fit inside and on the outside. For me emotional strength and physical strength go hand-in-hand. And i truly believe in the theory of the survival of the fittest.

An energiser boosting session with burning of calories and doing basic exercises in the beginning with body warm up and stretching. Then gradually moving on to more intense work-outs with core strength building of stamina and muscle building. It will focusing on setting a mind-set of a healthier and better life-style with emotional, mental and physical well-being.
