About Adéodù

I have lived mostly in Abuja, Nigeria. I am a 24-year-old lady. I have two sisters (awesome right?) Growing up was free and awesome, which is a vital part of who we become as adults. Many behavioral patterns can be linked to childhood, which more frequently than spoken of in many people was a traumatic time in their lives; hence my reason to help others discover ways to heal.

About the lesson

My methodology is simple, I talk and then I listen; that way trust is established. Also, I get materials from other people in the professional world, as well as help videos from YouTube. In each class of more than one student, I lead them to go through provided materials and ask them what they learned and if they can relate to any of the raised issues. This way, they are able to come out of their shells and embrace new truths about who they are and as a result make cautious efforts to change.
