My background consists of dancing in Hip Hop, ballet, and other genres. I did gymnastics around high school, and track and field all of middle and high school. Overall I have a broad background to assist the different aspects of gymnastics.

My teaching approach is typically testing a student first on basics like handstands, cartwheels, and even how long of a chin up a child can do is very essential. After testing strength, I test flexibility with splits and body limitations. After that, the teaching begins as a adjust to the student for better progression.
