About Mit
I’ve completed my Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics
Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in India. During my
undergraduate studies I’ve developed a deep interest in coding. Owing to my
interest in programming, I have a thorough understanding and expertise in C,
Python and MATLAB programming languages along with a good grasp on
Object Oriented Programming and Assembly Language Programming. Further
to expand my programming knowledge, I have attended online course on Linux
kernel programming and learned about system programming and Linux
network and device driver programming. Alongside coding, I’ve gained
knowledge in the field of industrial automation by completing certified courses
in the mentioned field. In my final year I had worked on couple of projects, one
was construction of signal generator using 8051 microcontroller, in which I
wrote assembly code for different types of signal generation and for the
interfacing of peripherals used on the circuit board. The other was Power
System Stability Studies using MATLAB. I did stability analysis on standard IEEE
14 bus system and 8 bus system. My code consisted of load flow analysis for
which I used Newton Raphson algorithm and determining the solutions of
Swing Equations using 4th order Runge Kutta algorithm.

One of the most promising ways of encouraging students to study math is to put them in charge of their learning experience. Developmental psychologists and business leaders know that taking ownership of an activity fosters happiness and raises motivation. Students become real mathematicians when they create their own mathematical worlds that are intriguing to them. That’s why the motto of Maria Droujkova, math education researcher and the founder of Natural Math, a mathematical community for parents and children, is “Make math your own to make your own math!”
