Former College Athlete. Personal Trainer. Triathlete. 5K/10K, Half Marathon Runner. Fitness Model.
I've been active since the day I could walk. I was a runner, swimmer and fencer throughout elementary and middle school. I took a break in High School to pursue debate team, chess club and computer coding. Picked the ball back up in College; ran track, played basketball, football and led the swim team. I've been active and steady into fitness ever since

My regimen consists of high intensity, fast paced workouts. High reps, high volume, they call me Mr. Superset. You don't have to spend multiple hours in the gym, when you have the knowledge to train efficiently. We are here for a good time, not a long time
