About Mosimanegape
My Barista Journey
My journey as a barista started with a genuine passion for coffee and the desire to understand what goes into creating a great cup. Over time, that passion developed into practical skills in espresso preparation, milk steaming, latte art, coffee presentation, café workflow and customer service.
What I enjoy most about being a barista is that coffee is not simply about making a drink — it's about skill, consistency, creativity and creating a great experience for every customer.
Through my journey, I have learned that becoming a good barista takes practice, patience and attention to detail. That's exactly what I want to pass on to my students.
