Six years ago, I was a chubby, unhealthy teenager with low energy levels and sugar levels that were out of control. I lived on junk food and had no real understanding of how my eating habits were affecting my body and mind. But everything changed when I entered high school and stepped into the gym for the first time. That moment sparked a deep interest in fitness and nutrition, and I’ve never looked back since. I started learning about bodybuilding, clean eating, and how food fuels the body—not just for looks, but for overall health and performance. Over time, I transformed myself from someone who struggled with his health into someone who lives and breathes this lifestyle every single day. This journey wasn’t just physical—it reshaped my mindset, discipline, and confidence. Today, I’m passionate about helping others make that same transformation. I don’t just teach theory; I share real, lived experience. My goal is to guide you through your own fitness journey with proven strategies, custom plans, and genuine support. Whether you're just starting out or trying to break through a plateau, I’m here to help you build a healthier, stronger version of yourself—with professionalism, empathy, and the dedication of someone who’s walked the path themselves.
