Hi! My name is Terrence Zibengwa. I’m a fitness enthusiast with a strong passion for health, movement, and helping others feel their best. I may be at the start of my professional journey, but I’ve gained valuable experience through my own training, research, and by helping friends and family reach their fitness goals.
