About Jana

For 9 years I have specialised in Online Media, Admin and Marketing, and I have a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems. I have been a Masters of Primary student since 2016. I have been helping others with basic computer skills for over 10 years.

About the lesson

I am approachable and patient. My lessons are based on your specific needs with the aim to promote understanding and confidence in basic computer skills. A typical lesson looks like:
1. Assess for prior knowledge: this allows me to understand where support is required.
2. Introduce topic/task: familiarises you and promotes thinking.
3. One on one time: demonstration and modelling, questions and discussion.
4. Independent time: you can independently practice and show your understanding.
