About Soshi
I am a friendly and passionate trainer shaped by my experiences living and working in Japan, the United States, and Finland. Moving through different cultures has helped me develop strong communication skills and an open, approachable personality. I truly enjoy connecting with people and understanding their goals. When I set a goal—whether it is my own or a client's—I commit fully and never give up until it is achieved. I believe progress comes from consistent effort, trust, and enjoying the journey together. My aim is to support and motivate you every step of the way, creating a positive and encouraging training environment where you feel confident, challenged, and supported.

Through more than 20 years of experience as a football player, I have developed a deep understanding of how specific training methods lead to specific improvements, and which approaches are most effective for different goals and individuals. This long-term playing experience allows me to design efficient, purpose-driven training programs based on real athletic demands, not theory alone. By combining this practical knowledge with my academic background in Exercise Science and hands-on Athletic training experience, I provide individualized training that supports performance improvement, injury prevention, and sustainable physical development.
