About Michael
I have extensive hands-on experience working in professional kitchens, where I have developed strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen organization, sanitation, and teamwork. Throughout my career, I have worked in fast-paced environments that required precision, consistency, and attention to detail while preparing a wide variety of dishes.
My experience includes menu preparation, ingredient handling, knife skills, proper food safety and sanitation practices, time management, and maintaining high-quality standards during service. I am passionate about sharing the knowledge and techniques I have gained with others in a way that is engaging, practical, and easy to understand.
As a culinary instructor, I focus on building students’ confidence while teaching essential cooking fundamentals, professional kitchen practices, and creative culinary techniques.
