About Patricia
I’ve been working as a journalist since 2002, and writing has long been my main way of communicating. I grew up in a space where I wasn’t allowed to express myself freely, so I found that space on notebooks instead. I’m a published author and a narrative therapist, and I work with writing as both a creative practice and a way of seeing more clearly. Words can act as mirrors, but they can also open a path back to yourself. My focus is on creative and intuitive writing, though I’m also happy to help with essays or more structured projects. Storytelling isn’t separate from life. It’s how we make sense of it. For me, writing is not just craft, it's a process of self-discovery and transformation.
