About Mariano Ruben
I have a degree in Biology, graduated with honors, I have a wide teaching career, in several subjects of biology and chemistry. I have given private classes for preparation for chemistry, I have given classes in Chemistry and Biology. I really like to teach science, with teaching methodologies and teaching methods that allow something more than just learning the content of memory.

My method of teaching in general is to internalize knowledge, to understand it, not to memorize it because it is quickly forgotten. A normal class would be in the following way. First a theory class to understand the basis of the whole subject that we will discuss, after having all the concepts clear, we would move on to an exercise section to fix the knowledge. Of course, questions are allowed by the student throughout the class. In general I offer not only PowerPoint presentations of each theme prepared by me, but also a guide of exercises for each subject with easy, medium and difficult level exercises in order to set knowledge and understand the concepts learned. In addition, I offer doubts at any time of the day and any day, regardless of whether or not we have class that day. I believe that a very good class considerably reduces the study time before the exam. So paying attention and having good classes saves a lot of study time and helps to internalize and learn the contents better. If we add good disposition from the teacher and the student, the results will surely be positive.
