About Will

I am an award-winning actor and writer, born in the UK.

Having graduated from Arts Educational Schools London, I have since worked extensively in theatre, as well as TV and film.

In 2019, I became the youngest person to write and star in the same West End production, as my debut play 'Sunday, Bloody Sunday' premiered at The Harold Pinter Theatre.

As an actor, I have worked for companies such as Universal (Bates Motel), 20th Century Fox (Kingsman: The Golden Circle) and have written for Channel 4 (The Big Fat Quiz of Everything) and Ambassador Theatre Group.

APPLYING FOR DRAMA SCHOOL?

According to data released by The Stage, the competition for places in accredited drama schools is more fierce than admission to Oxford and Cambridge. In 2016, the admission rate into a UK drama school was 3% compared to Oxbridge's 5%.

If you're looking to attend an accredited UK drama school, I can help you on your auditions. Together, we can look at your:

- approach to different schools
- your choice of audition materials
- your preparation of self

I have sat on the audition panels at different London based drama schools, and have been a freelance tutor looking at drama school entry since my own time in training.

ALREADY AN ACTOR?

A 2019 study showed that 90% of actors in the UK are unemployed at any one time, with only 2% of actors actually making a living from the profession.

Neither myself or any coach can place you in that 2%. What I can do, however, is give you all of the skills needed to deal with these statistics and help you maximise your potential, in order to ensure your time spent in that 90% bracket is as small as possible.

As a mental health first aider, I place emphasis on pastoral care and I aim to help you become the best version of yourself. I guarantee to provide a safe and welcoming, albeit challenging, working environment where you can feel comfortable to try new things and make mistakes.

I will personally tailor each and every client's session specifically to their needs. I do not adhere to a 'one size fits all' approach but rather welcome open discussion about your needs and how I can help with that.

Perfect! Will is a great acting teacher. Right from the 1st class, he put me at ease and spotted what set me apart from other actors. Because of his experience in the film industry, he gave me a lot of advice about casting and finding an agent. What's more, he doesn't hesitate to go overboard if you need more time. After the class, he made me a detailed plan on how to make a demo reel, gave several ideas of schools I can go to and gave several sites to sign up for actors to get scouted and start a career. Looking forward to progressing with you. I highly recommend Will!
