About Jacob
Hello! I'm Dr. Jacob Sipes.
I am an academic researcher in Causality, Strategy, and Personal Guidance. I specialise in developing, interrogating, and generating theories concerning these topics. They are made for direct practical benefit. Thus, my work serves stakeholders across state, business, academic, and personal lines. I also apply my own research and offer a range of private services.
First, I am an award-nominated teacher. I run and develop group seminars. I offer private one-to-one tutoring. These services are aimed at fostering student skills, knowledge, and wellbeing.
Second, I am a philosophical counsellor. I offer two services: midwifing and mentorship. Midwifing helps clients think through personal problems and develop action plans. Mentorship coaches clients through the philosophical system I have developed to foster their sense of personal fulfilment.
Third, I am a strategic adviser. I offer two services: facilitation and direction. Facilitation helps clients think through business problems and develop action plans. Directing is where I take temporary command of the ship. I design, implement, measure, and adjust strategies to meet objectives designated by stakeholders.
Last, I own and operate The Autism Initiative. It is a volunteer programme serving at-risk autistic students. We help fill the skills and resource gap between the student and their institution.

For example, if you have a graded essay due, I will tailor a session to develop the skills needed to maximise your grade. Each session lasts one hour max.
