About Celina
"Have you ever wondered how your heritage influences the way you perceive a new language? Growing up as an Australian Latin American meant I lived between two distinct worlds while navigating their unique linguistic rhythms. This dual perspective shaped my 13 years of teaching both VCE and HSC LOTE students along with adults targeting DELE exams.
My classroom is a space where the nuance of Latin American versus Castilian Spanish becomes clear. I focus on building real confidence for hobbyists, teens, and travelers alike. It is rewarding to watch students connect the dots between grammar and their own lived experiences.
Supporting learners as they prepare for high stakes assessments is the core of my daily work. My academic foundation from the University of Sydney informs every interaction we have.
