My basic methodology is to teach via projects and implementation because programming is something which is highly practical rather than just theory. My sessions are completely hands on based and I believe it is the most useful method because if the student is facing any problem in implementing that, then we'll come to know then and there and the student won't face much hassle afterwards during self study.
