About Namit
I have been teaching at DU for the last three years. I have also designed curriculum for NGOs working in the education sector, and have worked as a journalist with media houses like Indian Express. Apart from that, I have worked in rural India providing training to teachers and headmasters and have also been taking online classes for college students in Rajasthan preparing for competitive examinations.

Currently, I am looking at teaching the school level students and my methodology is going to be simple; learn the topics in-depth instead of just rote learning. This is crucial because students can make a better decision as to what they want to pursue in the future if they are given the right exposure to the subjects that they study during school. My classes will be mostly interactive, participatory, and action-oriented where the students will be encouraged to engage with the topic by themselves and seek guidance as and when needed. My experience of teaching in rural India, urban schools, and the University have assured me that this is the most suitable methodology for students of all age groups.
