B Arts/Secondary Ed majoring in Chinese and Japanese. Aspiring to be a language professor!

Perfect! Elizabeth is an excellent Mandarin tutor who following a career in education specifically language. Speaking Shanghainese at home she had formal Mandarin lessons as part of her education providing not only accent-free fluency but a demonstrated high academic understanding of the language. She has attained recital awards for Chinese poetry and achieved full marks for HSK 5&6 as well topping the state for HSK6. She has assured me her lessons will get me the same marks or my money back ;) Growing up in Australia she knows English and western culture equally well and is also a student of Japanese and French.

Elizabeth is very personable and whilst relaxed is focussed on learning outcomes. As an adult beginner myself Elizabeth has listened an adapted her lessons to suit my my needs. In particular she is fixing all the mistakes made by my last tutor, an smartphone app. I am very much enjoying learning with Elizabeth and can wholly recommend he as a tutor.

Perfect! Teacher Liz has always been a super dependable person in general. Even though lessons are pretty laid back, Liz teaches with passion because she aspires to become a language professor one day! She is always punctual and rewards my son with some cool and useful stationary when my son get some number of stickers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
