About Cavin

My qualifications are my Bachelor's degree, my coaching job, and my own personal experiences and struggles with fitness. I intend to help you set, reach, and exceed your goals by formulating and implementing workout routines, diets, and creating new habits that work for you based on YOU. Everybody is different, so it is very important to have a plan built for YOU.

About the lesson

I am completely judgement free! No matter what your current situation is, I am here to not only help you set goals and exceed them, but to support you every step of the way. I have a degree in exercise science, physical education, and wellness and have had many courses over nutrition and fitness. I am also currently a sports coach so I have experience in creating workouts and routines as well as motivating!
