I take this work seriously. My results on the world stage, including a podium finish in 2025, a championship win in 2026, and two world records, come from discipline and consistency. I’ve been an athlete for as long as I can remember, and helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident has always been just as important as competing. As a strongman competitor, I took third at the 2025 Arnold Strongman World Championships, came back to win it in 2026, and I’m a two-time world record holder. But coaching is about more than medals. It’s about meeting you where you are. I build personalized, realistic plans, hold you accountable, and make strength training make sense, no matter if you’re brand new or chasing a big performance goal.
