About Chloe

Hi! I am Chloe, a Part 2 qualified Architectural Assistant and final year student at the University of Strathclyde. Something that I feel could have been really beneficial to me before I started my undergraduate degree would have been a student to help me understand some of the useful software and skills before I began the course. I think these lessons could be really useful as a way to prepare for the next academic year!

About the lesson

I have used a variety of software during my Architecture degree at University, and am keen to share what I have learnt. In my final project, I used AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. I'm happy to share what I know of all of these, as well as making sure you're aware of their limits - something you can rarely learn from YouTube! I have previous experience tutoring students Maths in Secondary School, as well as helping my younger peers in the Architecture Studio. At first, we can work together to define your goals and prior knowledge, and then tailor a plan to suit you. I am also happy to discuss the length and frequency of lessons to suit you!

Perfect! Chloe is very patient and clearly knowledgeable on Sketchup. My lesson with her completely unstuck my onward progress by covering the vast majority of my starter gaps in knowledge to allow me to continue to practise the basics for now. Her methodology was to find out what I needed to know and help me through those basics.
