About Marga
I have a degree in Architecture, Philosophy, and a Higher Diploma in Interior Design. I also have certificates in editing, copywriting, and creative writing. I have 25 years of practice experience and 8 years of academic teaching at tertiary institutions. Students who need advice on their design projects, building construction, and other academic subjects are welcome to contact me. I also edit theses, documents, and essays.

My teaching method is based on the principles of design and construction with an emphasis on contextual responsiveness that includes passive design methods. The design process is iterative. Understanding and interpreting the brief/problem in your unique way is important. I work freehand on bumf but we can do screen crits as well. Bring pdfs of your drawings to print out.
