Upon talking to Wanda it was apparent that she loved teaching, and enjoyed her field of expertise. Her personality and disposition allowed her to gain the respect of her students. Wanda taught a range of interesting classes and gained the respect of students.

Wanda quickly learned to navigate her planning, preparing each day for exciting, engaging lessons for her students, based on their levels. Wanda was able to encourage and push her students to the best of their academic abilities.

I have known Wanda since 2018 as she was the research hub co-coordinator in our Architecture department . She supported me immensely in my research in architectural theory and design while I was pursuing my B(Arch)Hons degree in 2019.

This year, she works at a different institution but she still assists me with research related queries as well as academic advice. She often recommends essays to read and buildings to analyse for the specific queries that I have and we meet to have discussion regarding the research I am looking into for my Masters dissertation.

Wanda is not only helpful, she engages with theoretical ideas in a way that constantly challenges the way in which I approach them. She always shows me a different or a more in depth perspective to what I present. Wanda is professional, hard working and always makes time to assist me .
