About PARVATHY
I'm an Architect by profession. I started taking up Zumba sessions with my sister a few years ago. This really helps you to take a break from your studies or job , for at least an hour, which helps in having a fun time in between your tight schedules.

The Zumba program is a fitness-party with a contagious blend of Latin and international rhythms that provides a fun and effective workout to a global community, either at home or in the gym.
Zumba choreography is composed using some of the core steps.
I would love to make this a fun session where you can dance with your whole heart and this can help with weight - loss.
My classes will be for kids (above 10 years) and for ladies. The workout steps and sessions will vary depending on the age of the participant.
