About Mohamed

Teaching is the profession that fascinates me the most. In 2006, after getting CAP (Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude/ Certificate of Teaching Aptitude), I started teaching Arabic and other subjects in the Primary and High School in Mauritania.

In 2008, I started teaching Arabic, Spanish and translation and interpreting at the University of Nouakchott. I have also given classes at the Modern University of Nouakchott, as well as teaching at FESASD (Spanish Teaching School) and different Institutes related to teaching Arabic as a foreign language.

When I arrived in Spain at the end of 2009, I continued teachin Arabic as a foreign language, in several Institutes and Arabic Schools such as for example, The Academy of Arabic Studies and ELECE IDIOMAS.

During the last 10 years, I have trained a considerable number of students, some of them are already professional translators and researchers specialized in Arab and Islamic Studies.

About the lesson

Hello, my name is Mohamed, a flexible tutor, highly experimented, specialized in teaching languages and translation and interpreting.
I got a Bachelor’s degree in translation and interpreting at the University of Nouakchott (Mauritania). Then I got Master’s degree (2012) and Doctorate degree (2016), in the same speciality, at the University of Granada (Spain). Currently, I am here in London to continue my studies as a researcher. I give courses of Arabic and Spanish. The courses are suitable for all ages and levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced).

My method of giving classes gives special importance to the use of grammar rules and the oral practice of the language. The method used, which integrates subjects of different kinds, may vary from student to another depending on the level and the acquisition of knowledge and skills.
