About Bushra
I am a university graduate with a degree in Computing. I have taught GCSE level Arabic every Saturday last year, and also Quran for a couple of hours every day at my local Masjid. I have also taught Arabic (including various dialects) and Quran (with Nouraniyah Qaidah) throughout my time at university on the weekends to both children and adults. This has given me a lot of experience in dealing with the specific needs of children, teenagers and adults. I have learnt how to keep my students engaged using various teaching methods which I have picked up as I taught in various environments. I am a Native Arabic speaker and have studied in an Arab country from year 5 to year 11 (GCSE equivalent). I am therefore confident with both my formal Arabic and can speak in multiple accents (Algerian, Omani, Jordanian and Egyptian).

My teaching method ensures that the learner understands the task which they are carrying out rather than simply getting it done. It is very important for me to make sure that the content makes total sense to the learner, using any means or activities possible to achieve that while maintaining engagement. I often try to stimulate the learner's mind and trigger their thoughts and creativity through asking questions which often allow learners to figure out the answer themselves, before I give the solution to the task in hand. This increases the learner's understanding, trains them to learn further independently, and boosts their confidence. I am a very friendly tutor with a passion for teaching and I always ensure that my students enjoy my lessons as they are learning.
