About Sheila

I've been swimming and running for years and I still race when I can. I remember how strange my first open water swim felt, so I won't rush you. Come as you are, ask all the questions you like, and we'll work on it at your own speed, no pressure.

About the lesson

Tell me where you are with swimming and running and I'll build the lessons from there. Some people need help with breathing in the pool, others want to run faster straight out of the water. We'll practise transitions too, so race day doesn't feel like a total mystery to you.
