About Adelaide
I graduated from WVU in 2022 with degrees in Anthropology and Economics, and will entering the Master's program in vocal performance this fall.
I love learning and teaching, and have been teaching everything from music to microeconomics for 6+ years. Some of my favorite subjects are cultural anthropology, ancient history, world music, microeconomics, and Arabic!

I have taught students aged pre-k to college, and served as am undergraduate teaching assistant in the Anthropology Department for 3 years.
I like to create a low-pressure environment that encourages learning by thinking things through. You shouldn't be afraid to make mistakes because that's how you learn! We will start a lesson by identifying a goal - an assignment to finish or a set of terms to learn - and then working through it logically together. I like to individualize my tutoring by using examples based on hobbies or interests of my students so they will be more relatable and effective.
I believe that everyone can learn anything, and would love to help you understand something new!
