About Angela
I graduated from the University of Louisville College of Arts and Sciences with a BA in History Russian Studies minor. I also have a Master Education from University of Louisville (Summa Cum Laude) and a Master History Liberty University (Magna Cum Laude). I am a former High School History teacher (Dept of Defense Education Activity). My area of expertise is American History. I am also an expert in Russian history and early Christian history.

My expertise is in American History beginning with the Atlantic World and colonization to Postmodern era. I also teach Russian History focusing on the Romanov dynasty to the collapse of the Soviet Union. I teach Greek mythology and Greek classic literature. I use a hands-on immersive teaching technique that encourages debate and dialogue. Students are encouraged to research topics that will expand their understanding of the subject. There is a great deal of focus on writing to prepare for AP high school history and university history classes where research and writing skills are important to mastering the subject.
